Megan Joy (born Megan Joy Knudsen on September 18, 1985 in Sandy, Utah, United States), formerly known as Megan Joy Corkrey, is an American singer-songwriter and actress, who was the ninth place finalist on the eighth season of American Idol 2009. Joy made her acting debut with a small role in the 2011 film Hall Pass. Her currently untitled debut album will be released in the summer of 2011. Joy attended Taylorsville High School in Taylorsville, Utah.
