About Matthias Steele
Matthias Steele are a power/thrash metal band who were formed in 1985. They released a demo in 1987 called 'Matthias Steel' and their first full length was self released on cassette in 1991 and called 'Haunting Tales Of A Warrior's Past'. Their sound is comparable to bands like Deadly Blessing, early Iced Earth and early Helstar. American Power Metal with plenty of thrash influence. They split up some time during the 90's but were reformed in the 2000's and have released a full length since then titled 'Resurrection'.
