About Mateo Guerra
Mateo Guerra (Las Palmas, 1735-1791) was one of the few Canarian composers of the 18th century, a disciple of the Valencian master Joaquín García, who was the second organist, singer and interim successor of his master in the music chapel of the cathedral of Gran Canaria.
