Marlon Nigro began his writing music in 2009 as a classically trained artist, writing for piano as well as string quartets. After grasping the concept relatively quickly, Marlon applied and was accepted to the Bard College Summer Program for Conductors and Composers for 2 consecutive years (2009 & 2010) as the youngest composer to ever join the program at age 17.
