About Marshall Watson
Born in Alabama, raised in Louisiana, educated in Washington and now residing in San Francisco, I've called many places home. In 1999, I bought my first rig, consisting of an Ensonique ASR-X, a Roland JX-305 Groovesynth, a Korg Wavestation and a cracked version of Cakewalk. That was when I started down this long road of producing electronic music, and since then, have never looked back. In 2004 I released my first album, The Time Was Later Than He Expected, on the now defunct Highpoint Lowlife Records.
