
Mark Miller is an American video game music composer and musician, best known for his works on the ToeJam & Earl series along with John Baker. Mark Miller worked as the main composer and sound designer at Sega of America. While Miller was working there, he founded Neuromantic Productions, a group of music and sound composers for games. The group also created GEMS, a piece of music software exclusively for the Sega Genesis. Neuromantic Productions stopped in 1994.
