About Mark Lesseraux
Mark Lesseraux is a Brooklyn-based singer/songwriter who combines melodrama with offbeat humor. Mark writes, records, and produces his own material, mixing low and hi-fi recording approaches. He is frontman for the band, The Citizens, and also collaborates with Earthdriver, an avant-funk collective. Some of Mark's influences include Robyn Hitchcock, The Smiths, Prince, The Velvet Underground, The Beatles, The Monkeys, Mel Blanc, The Twilight Zone, George Papadimatos, Syd Barrett and Regina Spektor.
