Mark & Lois Kennis are a married couple from Iowa, and the mother of two sons and two daughters. Mark Kennis was the producer of a public access television program entitled "BIG People News" while Mark's wife–Lois–published a magazine called Iowa Lady Magazine. In November 1998 Mark Kennis ran for Governor of Iowa while his wife ran for Lieutenant Governor. Mark Kennis hoped to make many changes to Iowa. Despite this, they lost. A year before in 1997
