Award winning Australian composer/songwriter Mark Hansen is a classically trained pianist and contemporary guitarist with improvisational influences from jazz studies. His compositions range from meditative solo piano, through to orchestral, popular song and contemporary dance. His music expresses the full gamut of human emotional experience, from blissful joy to grief and sadness. Mark has had success in the 2006 USA Songwriting Competition and 2006 National Australian Songwriting Competition.
