About Marianta Pieridi
Marianta Pieridi (Greek: Μαριάντα Πιερίδη) is a popular Greek-Cypriot singer who has had success in Greece's music industry. Marianta Pieridi was born in Nicosia, Cyprus on July 13, 1975. Her father was an officer in the Greek navy and her mother was a lawyer in Cyprus. She has a younger brother named Demetris. At a young age, Pieridi and her family moved to Athens, Greece. She soon began to experiment with music and sports. She was on the Pan-Hellenic Gymnastics Association (PGS) for 9 years and started playing the piano.
