About Margarida Guerreiro
Margarida Guerreiro was born in Alentejo, earth where the traditional music is heard in the plain and lives in the most sensitive people's spirit. Guerreiro grows to hear these sounds together with Amália Rodrigues disks that were part of their parents' choice. After hearing Amália, was born the desire to sing. This is the feeling that turns her different, the junction of popular root with the mysticism of the Fado. In 1991 she makes a debut in an of the most important concerts of her life
