About Marcin Gremboszewski
Marcin Gremboszewski (born c. 1600, buried 14 May 1655 in Gdańsk) was a Polish composer, instrumentalist, kapellmeister and writer. Before 1626 he was a musician of the royal band in Warsaw. Later he went to Gdańsk, where he played zinc (cornets) in the band of St. John's Church. From 1629 he was employed as a flutist in the band of the Gdańsk City Council. He played many instruments fluently, including the harp and lute. Later (1629) he was also professionally associated with St.
