About Marchio Bossa
Marchio Bossa are a jazz bossa band from Italy created by Pippo and Piero Lombardo in 2001. The objective of this project is the high-quality resonant reproduction of some of bossa nova’s greatest sounds (Antônio Carlos Jobim, Jorge Ben, Sérgio Mendes, et al.) and to infuse them with strong jazz components, making references to many internationally recognized jazz and funk talents (Al Jarreau, Earth, Wind & Fire, Pat Metheny, et al.).
