One of the greatest bands to come out of San Jose, Maida was a band that rocked like no other. Their sound combined elements of Dillinger Escape Plan, Botch, Frodus, Everytime I Die, and Radiohead; and their live show was a thing of legends. Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end, and Maida was permanantly disbanded. Their EP, Remove the Funeral Attire, was released on The Imprint, a sub-division of Fiddler Records. Remove the Funeral Attire showcased an edgy, experimerimental, art-rock take on math metal.
