
About Magyd Cherfi
Former member of the Toulousian band Zebda, originally from Morroco, but sings in french. His first solo album from may 2004 is called Cité des étoiles, with which he also released an autobiography, Livret de famille. His music is much less dancing and more lyrical, than Zebda. Joël Saurin, former Zebda's bassguitarist became part of Magyd's new band.
