Mad Planet is made up of Greg Gordon and Cooper Gillespie. Greg and Cooper formed Mad Planet in order to stretch in new directions different from their normal musical styles. Their music is about love and life. It's an eclectic mix of trip hop, rock, jazz and soundtrack music tied together by Cooper's alluring melodies. Full of rhythm and poetry, Mad Planets debut album All Elephants assimilates their chief influences, Portishead, Massive Attack and the Cure while crystalizing their own unique use of beats and melodies.
