
About Ludovic Spiess
Ludovic Spiess (May 13, 1938 - January 29, 2006) was born in Cluj, in a family of humble people without musical education. Spiess young later discovered great music in 18 years, in a concert hall in Brasov. Start studies in Cluj, with Basil and John Corpaci Mărgineanu, then go to Bucharest, where he continued studies with Professor George Pascu. Married very early, with pianist Gerda Zach. After a brief stint in the Army Ensemble and Musical Theatre debut in Brasov
