Their sound is characterized by long dynamic builds, flowing melodies, and slow shoegaze sways. The band formed in early 2012 and began playing shows and working on a self-recorded EP entitled "An Autumn Evening" to be released November 2012. Loraine sites their biggest influences, aside from the most obvious Explosions in the Sky, as Pinback, Electric President, Modest Mouse, and Sigur Rós.
