Longchat is a progressive metal band from Metz, France, formed in 2008. Its influences come from bands such as Meshuggah, Neurosis, Tesseract, Tool and mixes with polyrythmic and ambient parts to raise unusual ambiences. The current members are : Yannick Pierre - Drums Benoit Friedrich - Bass Igor Omodei - Guitar The name comes from the Internet meme Longcat.
