About Lily Gevorkian
Born into a musical family, Lily Gevorkian's father a violinist and violin maker influenced her interest in classical music and opera. She became a student of renowned international Armenian opera star - Soprano Ellada Chakoyan in September of 2001, where she has continued to receive classical vocal training. After high school, she continued to Pasadena City College where she received a musical education from the prominent musicologist Dr. Kay Lipton, Dr. Donald Brinegar and many others.
