About Lifting Gear Engineer
Lifting Gear Engineer aka Rob Morgan, hails from Swansea, South Wales. He started the project in 1998, when a college course introduced him to electronic sequencers and synths. Also playing keyboards in Port Talbot band Fillmore, LGE began sending out demos to local press and labels which quickly generated attention. His first release was an appearance on Boobytrap Records' 'A Step In The Left Direction', featuring various Welsh related artists such as Brave Captain and Evils.
