Lian Ross, born Josephine Hiebel on December 8, 1962, in Hamburg, Germany, is a disco and pop singer known for her mid-1980s hits "Fantasy" and "It's Up to You" in the German charts. Josephine Hiebel began her singing career in 1981 at the age of 22 under the stage name Josy. By 1984, she had released four singles.
