About Li Lingling
Li Lingling (李玲玲, born 7 Dec 1963, Bozhou, Anhui) — Celebrated yangqin soloist and longtime China Conservatory professor; the first woman in China to earn a master’s degree in yangqin performance. A protégé of Xiang Zuhua, she has won major national prizes and helped standardize modern yangqin pedagogy.
