About Leagues Apart
Leagues Apart are a punk rock band from Greater Manchester, Their style is reminiscent of 00's American pop-punk bands like the Lawrence Arms and Hot Water Music however with a very British and personal twist. Songs frequently reference themes of depression, nightlife and touring. Leagues Apart was formed in a tower block in Salford in 2009. A week after fully forming the band went into the studio to record what would become their first E.P. titled 'To Anywhere' which was released via TNS records in late 2009.
