There are at least 2 artists who use the name Lauderdale http://www.lauderdale.bandcamp.com 1) The sludge/doom metal trio known as LAUDERDALE is not your typical doom metal band. Especially considering the backgrounds of the individuals involved. As 3 prisoners forced to form a band based on a work release program in 2004 and given only a CSC issued 8-track reel to reel and the simplest of musical equipment, LAUDERDALE managed to complete the full-length album ‘Life’s A Beach’ in 2008.
