About Latin Soul Syndicate
Studio mavens the Latin Soul Syndicate (Happy Sanchez, Karl Perazzo, and Mark Pistel) formed in 2003 in the San Francisco Bay Area. Their music is a blend of upbeat Latin soul, electronica and pop/rock. Their debut CD featured many guest appearances including Chuck Prophet on guitar and a song co-written by rock legend Jonathan Richman. Happy Sanchez founded the Latin Alternative band Los Mocosos as well as Aztlán Records, the first independent Latin alternative record label in the U.
