About Lars Lilholt
Lars Lilholt is a danish musician, with roots in the traditional folk-music; scottish, irish, norse. He started out in Kræn Bysteds in the 70's. From the start of the eighties, Lars Lilholt went solo. Kræn Bysteds stopped in 1982 after ten years. His first album »Og fanden dukked' op og sagde ja« (..And the devil popped up and said yes). Here he made his mark on danish music with a personal mix of rock and folkmusic. But it was ionly after the release of the next record »Jens Langkniv«, that the »Band« was mentioned.
