
Languis are an Argentinian electronic/dream-pop/post-rock duo comprised of Marcos Chloca and Alejandro Cohen now based in Los Angeles. The first Languis LP, self-titled (a 9-track instrumental CD), was released in August 1998 and was recorded on a four-track recorder at Languis' studio. Some of the innovative techniques used in the recording of the album include the use of both analog and digital synthesizers, organs, guitars, and samplers. Last Frequency Presets was released in the spring of 1999.
