About Lake Kawaguchi
Lake Kawaguchi is the alter-ego of the Brazilian musician, composer and producer Von Hocsmann. The project is named after the lake near of Mount Fuji, which is one of his favorite spots in Japan. Under this name, he focuses on moody dark ambient and foggy/black and white 2-step garage and hip-hop beatmaking styles, between downbeat chords, isolated and minimal soundscapes, and intense drum rhythms made mixing drum machines and manipulated field recordings tapes.
