La Roca is a Spanish Christian alternative rock band from San Salvador, El Salvador. Their first 1997 album was titled "Cristo Rompio Mis Cadenas" (Christ broke my chains) which managed to stay in the top 10 for many weeks on "Radio Progreso" and "Radio Vida" in El Salvador.
