About Kopito
Band Kopito (eng. hoof), a mix of Mediterranean and Dalmatian sounds, a capella singing and energetic ska/rock/funk, has been founded in 2003 with the idea to create a cheerful band to promote and preserve the dialect of Croatian island Vis. First step were two demo albums – “Muj tovor” (eng. My donkey, 2003) and “Srića” (eng. Hapiness, 2004). In the early years the band has profiled into a lively combination of singing and dancing, and has started working their way up the Croatian scene as an opening act for Stampedo
