for French metal band, see Klang!!!. 1) Klang are an experimental post-punk band who are based in London. They have released one album to date on "Blast First Petite" - "No Sound Is Heard" (May 2004). The current line up consists of ex-Elastica guitarist/vocalist Donna Matthews, Isabel Waidner and Keisuke Hiratsuka. Musically they have been compared to The Fall, The Slits, Delta 5, Wire and other iconic bands from the post punk era, as well as the monumental Krautrock group, Can.
