A young blues-beltin’ diva that is often compared to Lou Ann Barton & Susan Tedeshi. International blues magazine blues revue says “…she possesses the kind of harnessed electricity that would blow the doors down in a packed blues joint on a Saturday night.”, while living blues stated “with careful phrasing and a gritty edge, Kim Lembo’s voice is a force to be reckoned with.” Along with her band Blue Heat, blues vocalist Kim Lembo recorded several albums for Blue Wave beginning in 1994.
