December 24th, 1999. Coul Hill becomes Killa C, Tha Outcast. Over the span of the next year and a half, he releases three albums; Murderous Ways, Sides One, Two, & Three. On October 31st 2001 Killa C released Rivaz Ov Blood, which was available in several stores from Cincinnati to Detroit and Montana. Rivaz Ov Blood quickly gained Killa C notoriety for wickedness with a bold statement: He is, THE KING OF SICKNESS. Shorter than one year later, to follow up on what was spreading quickly
