About Kenze Neke
Kenze Neke are an influential Sardinian rock band. They sang in Sardinian and were politically committed to Sardinian independence from Italy. Musically, their major influences were from bands like The Clash and Anthrax, but they were also inspired by Sardinian traditional music. They never signed a deal with any label, keeping their independence in managing and producing their music. They had a devoted following in Sardinia and in some left-wing circles in mainland Italy
