About Kenji
Kenji Washio Schecterson (born December 27, 1999), known professionally as Kenji, is an American singer-songwriter known for his R&B and Contemporary R&B sound. Of Japanese heritage, Kenji was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, where he sang for fun throughout his youth and dabbled in freestyling with friends over YouTube beats. In addition to music, he also works as a model. It was during the 2020 lockdown, however, that he began to explore music more seriously.
