Kawaski "KCentric" Nelson carves out a unique niche that fuses hip-hop and electronic music. As a native of Alabama he was raised on AM radio stations, retro tv shows, and his father's extensive R&B and jazz music collection. He has worked with platinum producer Rick Rock, renowned recording engineer Roger Nichols, and was a featured artist on Murat Ses's electronica LP UMAMI. KCentric's music has been played on HBO, Discovery, MTV, IFC, and numerous radio shows and television networks around the world.
