Katsumi Richards was born on Christmas day of 1992 and has been writing music since 2006. He has written and produced 2 full length albums as of 2011. He plays local coffeehouses and benefits for his solo project and also has played gigs with various bands. Over the years he has gained experience in guitar, piano, harmonica, drums, and slide whistle and also made a few rap beats. He is mostly focused on his solo folk/indie/blues project in which he draws influences from artists like Hank Williams
