Kat Edwards is a Canberra-born, Hobart-raised singer-songwriter now based out of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Performing at her first open mic at just 13 years old in 2013, Edwards first began attracting serious attention on the Hobart music scene in 2016. Through a steady schedule of busking, gigs, and self-released recordings, Kat quickly established herself as a signficant presence in the south-east Tasmanian musical community. 2021 was a landmark year in the young performer's career so far
