About Kaltfront
The GDR-Punkrock legend from Dresden! Influced mostly by the UK Punk Scene and their radio with bands like the clash, ramones and sex pistols, the punk era rose in the GDR from 1980 to 90, a lot of punkbands arised. Examples are: Paranoia, Schleim-Keim, die fanatischen frisöre, l'attentat, mandata, Skeptiker, planlos, Freygang and lots of other bands. At the early 80ies, Paranoia was founded. A lot of punks in Dresden still have a LP of them today, so it survived the first generation.
