About Kabasa
Formed in Soweto by vocalist and bassist Tata “TNT” Sibeko, guitarist Robert “Doc” Mthalane (described as the Jimi Hendrix of South Africa) and percussionist Oupa Segwai, Kabasa recorded a trio of powerful albums in early-80s Johannesburg.
