Originally from Liverpool, Dee Fenton & The Silhouettes moved to Manchester in 1963 and turned professional. Intending to release their first single as The Four Just Men, taken from the popular show, they were forced to transpose words when callenged by another band with the same name. As Just Four Men they released just two singles. Demetrius Cristophus a.k.a. Dee Fenton was the group's main man, but some of the other band members went on to become quite succesful with their new band Wimple Winch.
