About Julia Sawicka Project
Nowadays it is very difficult to be astonished by the new music, that gives you shivers when you listen to it. This is what I felt when I listened to five pieces of Julia Sawicka’s Project. The music is culturally enriched, consisting of three aspects: the sound, the lyrics and the melody. Good acoustic properties are being well balanced by David Dorůžka’s electic guitar. Julia’s vocal coupled with strong, a little lustreless but never the less characteristic tone of voice is hypnotic.
