About Judson Hurd
Welcome to the world of composer and pianist Judson Hurd. Judson Hurd grew up in the beautiful country of Paraguay, at an early age he was deeply influenced and mesmerized by this simple way of living. At the age four he stumbled across his mother's childhood piano. His first 'teacher' was an old instrumental piano cassette a missionary couple left after leaving the country. The expressive, folk, piano vibrations of Philip Aaberg (Judson's childhood idol) and the simple, romantic Latin culture had a creative impact on his music.
