
Jude Johnstone (born in Bar Harbor, Maine) is an American singer-songwriter. Her songs have been covered by a number of artists, including Emmylou Harris, Bonnie Raitt, Bette Midler, Johnny Cash, and Stevie Nicks. Johnstone wrote the #1 song "The Woman Before Me" on Trisha Yearwood's debut CD. In 2002, having enjoyed songwriting for some years, Johnstone and longtime manager Bob Burton decided to release her own debut CD "Coming of Age" on BoJak Records.
