About JT Ashley
JT Ashley has been playing in small venues since he was sixteen. His lyrics play out the ups and downs of coming into one's own. As his style has evolved, his songs acted as narrative to the comedy and disappointments of being alive. His simple acoustic guitar allows a focus on the words, which come first in his process. He now resides in Charlottesville, VA though part of his herat will remain in Asheville, NC where his style was shaped. EP now available at jtashley.bandcamp.com
