About Jousne
Jousne (Анна Васильева) is a Vepsian singer and songwriter from Russia. She has worked on the world-music project of the 2nd millenium called "Jousnen Järved" (Swan Lakes), which was founded by the famous Finnish producer and composer Peter Coon. Jousnen Järved started as a band in 2008, they started out by performing folk songs in Veps language. Above the recording and promotion of the ensemble since 2008 they have been working as an international team.
