Jonnie Common is name of an eponymous 80s-inspired Scottish Indie-Electro/Electro-folk artist and composer from Glasgow, Scotland, started as a solo effort after end of the group Down The Tiny Steps in 2009. Although primarily described as electronic music, Common frequently uses not only samples but instrumentals, such as guitar, banjo, harp and others. A second album, Trapped In Amber was released by Song, By Toad, and was met with mixed, though generally-positive reviews, with The Skinny describing it as "patchy [.
