About John Lester
John Lester is a U.S. singer-songwriter-bassist, originally from San Francisco, now living in Europe. He also plays a variety of bass guitars and acoustic guitar. Lester hasproduced a number of albums, including: Live at the Freight and Salvage, Big Dreams and the Bottom Line, and So Many Reasons. His song "Out of the Clear Blue Sky" was featured on the 2003 compilation Peace Not War. Lester's ninety-year-old upright bass is named Sarah, after Sarah Vaughan. * Official site
