About JJ All Stars
JJ All Stars were a short-lived British ska group of the early 1980s. They were in fact a vehicle for the highly talented John Jacobs, who played all the instruments on their track 'Dambusters March', which became the opening cut for the seminal 'Carry On Oi!' compilation LP (1981). Though primarily known as the original drummer in The 4 Skins Jacobs switched to guitar duties when that band's guitarist, Steve 'Rockabilly' Pear, quit. Jacobs was later employed as a guitar tech with Imagination.
